Where to collect your order

Your order will be available for collection at the Click and collect pick up point located in the B1 car park under IKEA North Lakes. The Click and collect desk is behind the four main IKEA lifts, with parking spaces marked as Click and collect. 

Public Transport

Bus routes 685, 676, 679, & 684 take you to North Lakes Bus Station, cross the road and walk through the shopping centre. IKEA North Lakes is a 20-minute walk from the Mango Hill train Station (on the Peninsula line and Springfield Line). From Mango Hill Station, you can catch bus route 682 & 687 to North Lakes Bus Station.

There is a taxi pick-up point located next to the Coles and Woolworths Westfield entrances off North Lakes Drive.  

Driving or cycling

The carpark can be accessed from ANZAC Avenue, South Bound Bruce Highway North Lakes/ Kallangur exit or North Lakes Drive. Bike Parking is also available within the IKEA carpark.

Free parking under 4 hours

Over 700 car parks are available including family-friendly (pram) parking and disability parking just outside the store entrance. Westfield charge for parking over 3 hours However if you use the IKEA parking on B1 and L2 you can enter your car registration on exiting at the payment terminals and select IKEA customer to get an extra hour free. Alternatively, you can download the Westfield Plus app and register which will automatically get you 4 hours free.

Assisted car loading is available during store hours. Service is located at the Click and collect counters.

We have two super-fast chargers integrated with a cable system so you can simply plug it into your vehicle. 

We also have two normal fast chargers available. Please note, connection leads that come with your vehicle will be required.  

A reduced sensory experience is provided between 10:30 and 11:30 am each Tuesday. Lights will be dimmed, music turned off, and limited store announcements unless there is an emergency. A map of higher sensory areas will be located at the store entrance if required.
